HOW TO CLAIM A PROMISE

(Surrender all your plans to Him, to be carried out or given up, as His providence shall indicate.)SC70 1. First prayer for wisdom (for a knowledge of God's will.) James 1:5 Colossians 1:9 John 5:14-15 2. Leaf through the Bible, looking for a promise that will reveal God's will for this particular circumstance. Ps 119:1051 3. As you do this, pray that the Holy Spirit will speak to you. John 14:26 John 16:13 4. When the Spirit "quickens" a scripture, ACCEPT it as God's voice. lsaiah 30:21 5. Thank God for revealing His will to you. John 11:41,42; Psalm 6:8 6.
