Do You Hear

Under tyranny's oppression Listen close, it's all around People calling from depression Oh, if they just only knew Precious freedom has been bought They could change their point of view So now freedom must be taught In God's image we were made His power we've been given Yes this truth must be obeyed For a life that is worth livin' We need to teach now old and young How to use this mighty power The wisdom to stay meek yet strong And become a mighty tower So many times we are taught in churches to just say, "I repent and I ask Jesus, to come into my heart." And we will be saved. This is true, but only the beginning. Though not teaching us who and what Jesus is has left so many souls lost and confused. Yes Jesus is the Savior of my soul now that I know who and what He is. In Revelation it is written, (and His name is the Word of God). It is not just asking God's Word to come into your heart that get you saved, it is taking God's Word as your only truth and applying to your life this is your salvation. I love the verse: Happy is the man that does not condemn himself in the things that he approves. There is a secret I would like to share with all. Inside each and every child of God lives an awesome power, the power of love. When we all learn to use that love, what a wonderful place this will be. Tyranny can only happen when people don't know the truth, for the truth sets you free. Saved by the grace of God. Married to a wonderful husband. Mother of 4, grandmother of 20, and ggmother of 4.
