Love Will Keep Us Together
by PamFord Davis

Do you ever wonder why some relationships are strengthened through differences of opinion, trials and tragedy, while others collapse under similar circumstances? There is no simple explanation. Past challenges and restoration might give strength when needed most. Repeated heartaches might break fragile connections. We are often reminded of the help found through support systems. If love is the foundation, supports will remain steady.

Relationships firmly planted in God's family have love in their root system. "God loves you and has chosen you as his own special people. So be gentle, kind, humble, meek, and patient. Put up with each other, and forgive anyone who does you wrong, just as Christ has forgiven you. Love is more important than anything else. It is what ties everything completely together (Colossians 3:12-14 CEV)." We can be listed under those who are made strong. Love will keep us together.
