Just One Look
by PamFord Davis

You've seen it, that look that says more than a thousand words. The look may come from a strict teacher, correcting parent or police officer. It makes you want to find a rock and crawl under. You are in big trouble and you see no way of escape.

The look of love comes from a sweetheart, loving parent, adoring child or faithful friend. You can't get enough and drink deeply with great satisfaction. Each time you gaze into their eyes, you read the words I Love YOU!

Most do not realize that they have a personal invitation to look at the Lord. "Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other (Isaiah 45:22 NKJ)." Charles Spurgeon answered that invitation and spent the remainder of his life extending it to others. Just one look, one look with faith transforms lives.
