Foolish Little Girl
by PamFord Davis

You are a teacher. To those who never stood in the front of a class of students, the statement might be hard to believe. Yet, people learn valuable lessons from everyone they meet. You are a teacher; you hope your instructions are positive and others will learn from your experiences.

The classroom for parents is their home, automobile or the closest beach. They hope their children will not make foolish mistakes. They correct them when they do, but also praise them when wise choices are made.

God's children are given opportunities to demonstrate how well we learn the lessons of faith. "You began your life in Christ by the Spirit. Now do you try to continue it by your own power? That is foolish. You have experienced many things. Were all those experiences wasted? I hope not (Galatians 3:3-4 NCV)!" Lord, forgive me, like a student sent to a corner to think about bad behavior, I can be a foolish little girl
