DREAMING
by sana edoja Dreams can be surprising at times. Do they have a meaning for our actual circumstances? Is God using dreams to speak to us? Recently, I had a dream where I saw my son lying down at the bottom of a swimming pool. Calmly, I called for help a lifeguard who pulled my son out of the water. Then I said to the man: "Only God can do something for him". So, the lifeguard replied: "You believe in God" and he started the mouth to mouth on my son. Then, I opened my eyes and was back to reality again. Wondering what that dream was all about. I think that God wanted to tell me to stop trying to make worldly things happen so hard for myself by constantly concentrating my efforts on looking for work or improving myself. Romans 15:13 (Whole Chapter) Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. I should seek his love and pray for those in need and give my time and my money to his kingdom and all the things I'm running after shall come unto me. I just need to trust him that He can do what He says He will do. Philippians 1:6 (Whole Chapter) Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ: Matthew 6:33 (Whole Chapter) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. At the end of the day, God is the only one that owns the earth and everything in it; he is the only one that can make our efforts fruitful by making us likeable and suitable for a specific job or making us successful in our life. 2 Chronicles 20:6 And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not powerand might, so that none is able to withstand thee?
