Don't Worry Baby
by PamFord Davis

A child hides within each of us, seeking protection from a cold, cruel world. We experience deep hurts, grope in our darkness to find protective arms. A caring person offers calming words of comfort. Don't worry baby.

Hope surfaces as we repeatedly ponder the message. We can stop worrying; everything will be all right. We don't need a full explanation of how or when things will get better. The encouragement is all we need to turn lose of our worry and woe.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 NIV)." He understands and He offers peace in exchange for worry.
