I've Had The Time Of My Life
by PamFord Davis

The final curtain would be coming down soon; Moses faced death and reality; he would not see the Promised Land. (Deuteronomy 32:50-52) He needed to make final comments to the children of God. The Lord recorded his farewell words for us. (Deuteronomy 33:1-29)

The leader, who once gave God the excuse of speaking problems, hoping to find a way out of being God's instrument of deliverance from Egypt, shared a memorable address. He spoke words of praise to the Almighty and blessing to the tribes of Israel. His life experiences were like no other.

"Then Moses, the servant of the Lord, died there in Moab. It was as the Lord had said. The Lord buried Moses in Moab in the valley opposite Beth Peor. But even today no one knows where his grave is. Moses was 120 years old when he died. His eyes were not weak. And he was still strong (Deuteronomy 34:5-7 NCV)." An autobiography may have ended with I've had the time of my life above his signature
