Turn Around, Look At Me
by PamFord Davis

Repent; repent! What flashes through your mind when reading those words? It might be a dooms day caricature or a memory of someone passing out tracts with one hand, while expecting a handout with the other Most think the word is outdated.

Listen to the words of the Savior: "Do you think that these Galileans were more sinful than all Galileans because they suffered these things? No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all perish as well (Luke 13:3 HCS)."

The Father calls all to repentance. It simply means we realize we are going the wrong way, make a u-turn in our path, and turn back to God. We were walking away from Him and purposely turn around and walk toward Him. He waits with open arms.
