Found in Him
by kenneth hurst Found in Him In Philippians 3:8, 9; the Apostle Paul talks about winning Christ and being found in Him not having his own righteousness but the righteousness but the righteousness of God which is by faith in Christ Jesus. When you first became a Christian you probably heard the phrase, "For by grace are you saved through faith" (Ephesians 2:8). You later discovered that this is a daily formula for living the Christian life. By grace through faith we trust in the Lord each day. We all have a measure of grace and faith to share in the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:7, Romans 12:3). Jesus taught us to seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness that is within us (Matthew 6:33, Luke 17:21). This grace and faith that you have been given can grow and will grow as you seek God's will (2nd Peter 3:18, 2nd Thessalonians 1:3). You're not alone. We're going to help each other grow up into Christ Jesus. Ephesians 4:15, 16; "But speaking the truth in love may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ. From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
