by David Nicoli God, I'd like to come before You now, To show my appreciation and bow. You saved me when the devil would growl, When he wouldn't ever seize to growl. When he'd come back to my feet, With all his sins looking so neat. His lies, drinks and cursing looking sweet, And his burning hell like a retreat. But God, thankyou for covering me, With Your ever so white, bright wing. Thankyou for teaching me to sing, To pray, read, serve for everything.
