Whatever You Neglect Will Die
by boatrocker Gilmore

Those who are committed to growing in Christ feeds diligently.
They are wise sowing to their spirit bearing fruit perpetually.

They recognize that whatever is neglected will die.
They choose to edify their spirit while their flesh deny.

For they treasure their souls above silver or gold.
They grow hotter for Christ while their flesh grow cold.

To live in the spirit yields life and peace.
To live in the flesh yields to being partakers with the deceased.

To believe that we can neglect our souls and live, is to believe lie.
Know that whatever we neglect in our lives will surely die.
