Mattatall Lake
by Richard L. Provencher I straddle the current with a cherry wood paddle canoe's bow accepting new directions, a light breeze crosses my prow, canoe surging wind pointing the way. I am a silhouette lurking at water's edge, sharing a loon's call during morning's delight, thankful for the yoke of rising sun. (c) Richard L. Provencher Richard enjoys writing poems; many of which have been published in Print and Online. He and his wife, Esther are also co-authors of stories and a print novel. They are "born again" Christians and very busy in their church, Abundant Life Victory International, in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
