Intercession
by Michael Hume Intercession is asking God for things for others. Waiting is when God speaks or acts. After Bible reading I ask God for things for others. It's best when I combine intercession with fasting, partial fasting, or eating vegetables. All these make intercession a lot more effective. Interecession can be a calling lasting seasons. You may pray 7 or 8 hours in a day. Speaking in tongues can help you pray longer. Don't underestimate this calling. If God is pleased with you, he may come to you first on earth to answer your prayers. Then He goes and answers other people's. God wants you to pray from your unique perspective and places you somewhere for a reason. You will need to read the Bible a lot to get strong in faith. To hear from God and to prepare for the next bout of prayer. Refer to the message of the cross if badly attacked by Satan and you will recover. Worship God, thank and praise him.
