All That We Need
by Bobbi Richardson Psalm 116:8-9 (NIV) - For you, O LORD, have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before the LORD in the land of the living. Our Father has rescued us from death and reconciled us to Him. He comforts us when we are afraid. He calms us when we are in the midst of stressful situations. He strengthens us when we need encouragement to keep on going. When we are uncertain or need direction His Spirit is always with us to guide and instruct. Why does our Father provide us with all that we need? Because He loves us, yes, but also so that we will stay close to Him and draw on His provision all day, every day. He hears our cries. He sees our daily struggles. He knows our trials. We can lean on His compassion, His faithfulness, His grace. No matter what challenges we face each day, our Father stands ready to help. He will never let us down. While we are "in the land of the living", we can "walk before the LORD" with confidence and depend on Him to provide all that we need. I write because I want to share what Father God has taught me and because I want others to experience His love more and more. My prayer is that my words will inspire someone to seek Him, to find Him, to know Him, to love Him. Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
