A Ton of Smiles
by Richard L. Provencher Our neighbour's son is a half-pint less than four feet tall, steps outside his apartment mom close behind. The little guy sniffs the air like a fox checks the sky, --look mom, it's raining. Such a statement from one so young, learned to put together words like a puzzle, lifts his kindergarten pack and with a swing in his walk saunters over to the car. Yes, the little fellow owns the world at five, and I'm glad to see it so. Richard L. Provencher Richard enjoys writing poems; many of which have been published in Print and Online. He and his wife, Esther are also co-authors of stories and a print novel. They are "born again" Christians and very busy in their church, Abundant Life Victory International, in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
