Wings of the Morning
by PamFord Davis

Morning is a time to set our moorings, finding safe passage back to shore after confronting storm tossed turbulent waters. It is a reality that we are entering, battling, or overriding a storm. As a storm builds, do I hang ten-count to ten, ride the waves or soar with wings of the morning?

"If I take the wings of the morning and settle at the farthest limits of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me fast (Psalm 139:9-10 NRS)." I am not alone though waves of despair buffet me; the Lord holds my hand and calms my fears.
