The following are some of my epiphanies and quotes. I learn, I unlearn, I relearn. Life is composed of moments, years of moments. What have I learned from these moments? What have you learned from your moments?

Every breath means I am alive. Every breath is a moment by moment function. You cannot hold your breath and save it for later. Life is made up of moments of breathing.

The meaning of life is poured into my coffee cup every morning as I begin each day.

Meaning resides in each moment and in each encounter with each individual.

Life is about experiencing self and experiencing others. Life is relationships.

People are the most valuable resource.

Contentment is found in my own backyard.

Learning how to be in relationship with God, yourself, and others is a lifelong education.

Our spirituality lives on the inside and leaks out into the environment through our words and actions.

Hurry, scurry, and worry is a distressing way to live. Too much stress produces a mess.

Our physical bodies are containers for our inner essence.

Inner beauty does not wrinkle or grow old.

A mirror of comparison produces a faulty reflection.

What would it be like if my inside was on the outside and my outside was on the inside?

There is enough for everyone on this planet, but too many people take more than their share.

Death is as mysterious as life.
