Laptop Love
by PamFord Davis Personal computers come in a variety of sizes with a model to suit most people's needs and preferences. Laptops and notebooks are portable and perfect for the person on the go, coming in a vast array of colors to highlight the owner's personality. My favorite laptops were far superior to today's popular brand names. They were babes in arms and fit snugly on my lap to be cradled, rocked, jounced or bounced. I can just see Naomi, transformed from a lonely old woman to gleeful granny-nanny. "And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it (Ruth 4:16 KJV)." Her lap became a holding place to cradle a baby boy. Obed fathered Jesse; King David called him Gramps and God placed him as a branch in Jesus' family tree!
