Bible Heroes: Who am I?

I lived during the time of exile in Babylon and was called to foretell God's faithfulness in the midst of trials, as well as in the fulfilment of His promises. During the beginning of my prophesies, I foretold of the complete destruction of the kingdom of Juda, and I was also commanded to announce the future return from exile, and the re-establishment of the people in their own country. One of my most famous verses is,"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Who am I?
