The Word of God
by

As Humans, we extend our hands above during our supplications to the Heavenly Father, yet we cannot physically touch Him. We long for His presence but nowhere in the world can we see Him, for He is concealed from our wretched sight. He does not inhabit a body neither does He occupy any space. He is invisible, infinite and incomprehensible.
However, because of His unfathomable love for mankind, He prepared a link between Him and us, to make His relation with this world more intelligible. And this link is referred to as "The Word of God".
The Eternal Word became flesh and was manifested amongst men. He became the will of God being sent forth as a creative energy. Jehovah, who is an unseen and an intangible Spirit, desiring to repair the broken connection between Him and mankind, had His image expressed in the person of Jesus Christ, being sent forth on this earth to join humanity, thus fulfilling His original plan and divine purpose.
Some ignored His presence while others recognized Him. Some received Him while others rejected Him. He was condemned in all form and fashion and finally they clamored for His crucifixion. He did not evade the sentence that was pronounced on His innocent life. Instead, He allowed the enemy to have his way, by obediently yielding to his execution. Although the enemy thought it was his plan and victory, yet it was not, instead, this was orchestrated by God the Father and God the Son, to break down the wall of partition between God and man.
God came into relation with persons and things through His manifested Word. Jesus is the utterance through which God communicates His thoughts and feelings. Through Him God issues commands and reveals His will. Jesus is distinct from God the Father, yet they do not exist separately. Through Him we have salvation. He is the only advocate between man and God. He is the only person who died and was resurrected with the power to be our mediator. He is the only dead person that is "Alive" and capable to intercede to the Father on our behalf.
