God Knows
by Deborah Ann Belka God knows my frame, each fiber and nerve every cut and scar each fault and curve. He knows my heart, each beat it takes every hurt it feels each one it makes. He knows my soul, each grain of desire every seed of faith each one not on fire. He knows my mind, each thought it thinks every good memory each one that stinks. He knows my inners, each gut felt feeling every punch it took each one it sent reeling.
