'' The Affairs Of Man''
by willie mikell

As born again believers we have a responsibility to reach the lost. Jesus recites the great commission in Matthew 28v 18-20. The vines expository dictionary defines affairs as a responsibility,The word man represents all (mankind). Our responsibility: II Timothy2v15 study to show thyself approved unto GOD, we are to be good examples: II Timoty 3v10-16 live our lives according to the word of GOD, Deut:8v3,man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live. Because of the last days II Timothy:4v1-8 Preach the word be instant in season and out of season, the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. we want to hear what pleases us and not deal with the issues that will change our lives. Because we think we know what we need to hear, Proverbs 14v12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. We have a responsibility to show people the right way, and that way is JESUS CHRIST and HIM crcufied. II Timothy 3 v1-9 also talks about the last days men being lovers of themselves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy. the only answer to our delima is JESUS CHRIST and HIM crcuified.
As we get older we are told to make sure our affairs are in order. the money, house, car, investments and so on, but are we making arrangements to meet Jesus. All of the other things mentioned are needful. but on the list of priorites, where will we spend eternity on that list. we can stsrt now, Jesus says Beho;d I stand at the door and knock, if any man hear my voice, an open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.LET HIM IN.
