Legos for God
by PamFord Davis

Children learn lyrical little rhymes, such as the Mother Goose classic, "This is the House that Jack Built." Little boys, Legos in hand, stack and build. Poor Jack, he has been building that house for centuries! I'd love, to hear his opinion, of today's housing construction rules and regulations. Poor Jack, he'd have a rough go of it, in seeking approval for building permits!

On the other hand, God is building a house and he is in total control. "In him the whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are built together spiritually into a dwelling place for God (Ephesians 2:21-22 NRS)." Logos is building his church; he chooses us, as Legos, to link together in love.
