Mr. Clean
by PamFord Davis

Before bald was beautiful, "Mr. Clean" made the scene, on America's TV screen. With his shiny chrome dome, and dressed in white, he personified clean. He began a fight, to remove all dirt and grime in sight! The ad campaigns were a success, as he claimed to be the best. While advertizing agents tweak the image of "Mr. Clean," original claims for the popular cleanser, endure.

"We should live in the light, where God is. If we live in the light, we have fellowship with each other, and the blood sacrifice of Jesus, God's Son, washes away every sin and makes us clean (1 John 1:7 ERV)." Blood normally leaves tough stains. Jesus' blood removes stains of sin and shame. He, Lord of stain removal, makes something beautiful of cleansed hearts!
