Who's In Control?
by Deborah Ann Belka Some say their faith is doing just fine, and that Jesus is in charge of their soul but, when you look deep into their heart they are the ones ~ who are in control. They say Jesus is their all in all . . . and that He is the Lord of their life but, when hard times come a calling their trust in Him ~ is lost in the strife. They say they pray and study the Word, and that they stay on the narrow way but, when you see them out in the world they don't act the way ~ that they say. They say Jesus is the great physician, and all they need is a touch of His hem but, when they are spiritually sick or ill they turn to everything else ~ but Him. They say He is their refuge and harbor, and they seek Him for peace and shelter but, when adversities wind starts to blow their lives turn into mere ~ helter-skelter. They say Jesus is their true Shepherd, and they follow His every steps but, when you see where they've been they have not followed ~ His concepts.
