Lord, You Make Me
by Steve Countryman

Lord you make me a better Christian. You make me a better Christian spouse and Christian friend. Lord you make me a victor, more than a Christian soldier, more than a survivor and more than conquer. Father, you make me more than anything that I could ever be on my own. You make me healed and delivered, you make me restored and renewed. You Jesus make me saved by your grace, empowered by your Holy Spirit and full of your authority. You Lord are every good and perfect thing in my life. Where your Word says that rain falls on the saint and sinner alike, that is your goodness, you reserve only the perfect things for your children. I receive all of the perfect things that you Father God have set aside for me. I will not settle for anything less than your perfect gifts, blessings and your perfect will for my life.

All of the powerful men and women of the Bible were just normal everyday people. You Father God made them great! It was by your might and power that they could do the impossible. You Lord make me understand that reverential fear and obedience is more important than sacrifice. And a willing heart is key to improving one's faith.

You O Lord are perfect in every way. You Lord are my God and God alone. There is none like you and no other way to you except through your Son Jesus. You are Jehovah God, you are the Creator of all things, you are Jehovah Jireh my provider, you are Jehovah Rapha my healer and you are Jehovah Shammah my God who is always there and always with me. Father God you make me understand that your faith in me never fails even when my faith in me does.

Father you make me blessed beyond my wildest imaginations. You make me stronger and healthier than I could ever be on my own. You Lord Jesus make me more wiser, more knowledgeable and you increase my understanding of you, your ways and your Word. You make me want to love and know you more. You Jesus make me thirst and hunger after you and your righteousness. You Father God make me more caring, more loving and more compassionate. You awesome God reveal the hidden things to me. You open my eyes and increase my vision of faith. You make me usable for service in your kingdom. You make me realize that I am nothing without you but that I can do all things through you Jesus who strengthens me.

You powerful God formed me in my mother's womb. You knew me before I was even born. You mighty God chose me before time began for a time and place such as this for your kingdom. And I will praise and bless you O wonderful God for all the things that you make me!
