Guard Your Heart
by Lewis E. Thomas The Heart is a Portal and Doorway to the Soul It is where Faith resides & it's priority is untold! Satan uses many tactics to try and enter in We must be ever vigilant to protect our hearts from Sin. In God's word ever learning to detect Satan's harm Our hearts must stay alert! Quick to sound out the alarm! We must guard continually against envy, lust and strife If we let Sin gain entry it will cut us like a knife! Our hearts belong to God valued more than gold We must guard them 24/7 to protect our eternal souls! King David let lust pass through Heart's unguarded gate A Sword throughout his house then became his fate! Every heart without Christ is open to all forms of sin Because it has no Guards to protect it from within! Yield your heart to Jesus and Angels will swiftly post To guard your heart from Sin & the one who hates you most. Satan and his demons are wicked and very vile They seek to target/enter the heart of every child! Children are unlearned and their eyes are not yet keen They cannot yet spot all the evil things unseen. Teach your children about Jesus from an early start Teach them how to post a guard upon their heart! Constant prayer will keep your guard sharp and alert!
