Strongholds
by Lewis E. Thomas "Stronghold" is defined as "Fortress or fortified position" Like an enemy Bunker filled with unholy munitions. Do you have a Stronghold entrenched deep down inside? Does it fire at you with lust, dishonesty, greed or pride? Do you lose your battles against it over and over again? Are you continually being shelled by the same old sins? Strongholds are built from evil thoughts and desires Strongholds can march you straight into Hell's fires. You can never gain victory over a Stronghold alone! You cannot overcome Evil forces on your own! There is something that God wants you to know! Remember those Walls around The City of Jericho? Israel walked with God seven times around Then those Mighty Walls came crashing down! Your Strongholds will collapse on that path you trod If you will just give all your battles to God! I share one final truth as I close this rhyme Strongholds can't be built in a Holy Spirit controlled mind. Lewis E.
