by Lewis E. Thomas We all justify our actions through our own eyes To do this is to be foolish and anything but wise! Many justify bad conduct through their own opinion They write their own laws and resist God's dominion. Who is right and who is wrong, who has the final word? To go by everyone's viewpoint would really be absurd! Do we go by a rapist's viewpoint as to what's right and wrong? Or do we ask a Kung Fu Fighter over in old Hong Kong? Do we go to a carpenter, a painter or an earthly Judge? Do we ask a killer who is holding a deadly grudge? Where does the buck stop and who makes that final call?
