WHEN WE LOSE A LOVED ONE
by Lewis E. Thomas Sometimes in life the suffering is great When we lose a dear loved one Who goes through death's gate. We must not let feelings of bitterness slip in Lest against our Lord our hearts should then sin. God knows the hurt and pain that we feel Take a moment for prayer His love He'll reveal. Remember death is a doorway from life's raging tide Jesus meets those who love him on the opposite side. Those that we love are only borrowed from God He gave them to brighten this path that we trod. During times of Great loss when dark clouds move in Just hold onto Jesus, he'll make the sun shine again! Lewis E.
