WISH TO HEAL
by Lewis E. Thomas If you could have just one granted wish What would your one granted wish be? If I had only one wish granted to me I would wish for healing power you see. Once I had the power that comes from above I would share it worldwide showing God's Love. I would go to funerals and places of death Raise the dead and give them life's breath. I would visit the mother who just lost her boy Raise him up whole and fill her with joy. I would visit everyone with a broken heart Mend them and give them a brand-new start. I would visit the alcoholic and the whore Their life and dignity I would quickly restore! I would heal the selfish heart full of greed Cause it to give to those who are in need. I would go to every place around the world I would take healing to every boy and girl. I would heal people of all kinds of pain Get rid of their heartache and all their shame. I would search the world over and around Till no need for healing was to be found. Then I would look up to Heaven above And thank God for using me as a vessel love. Lewis E.
