I Don't Like Halloween
by Deborah Ann Belka

I don't like Halloween,
I believe it is Satin's holiday
and for all his young victims
my heart is so very afraid.

I watch the little vampires,
as they come up to my door
looking for some candy
but I want to give them more.

I want to tell them about Jesus,
and the sweetness of His grace
I want to wipe the bloody smile
from their evil looking face.

I want to share God's goodness,
give them a taste of heaven above
I want to reveal Satan's tricks
and give them nothing but His love.

I don't like Halloween,
I know it is Satan's holiday
and for all of his young victims
I pray from him, you'll turn away!
