The Prayer of Salvation
by Deborah Ann Belka The prayer of salvation, lies in everybody's heart but so few are willing to heed and do their part. Their hearts are icy cold, with hard and stony places so they deny the true God and the need for His graces. They'd rather look away, then to recognize their sin and they defiantly refuse to let Jesus enter in. But, God never gives up, on the rebellious heart and there is always hope they won't forever be apart. So if you are the one, God is speaking to today it is my heartfelt desire this prayer you will pray. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life.
