Mistakes We Make in Lifes Lessons
by Cinda Carter We have much to learn... In this life we can discern. As the Holy Spirit leads, To show us what we need. It may not be what we want... Jesus knows our hearts and thoughts. Our flesh rebels, At what Jesus asks or tells. Mistakes can be made by not listening... Or out of ignorance in our decisions. Sometimes we go around the same mountain, Time and time again. Until Jesus leads the way out... With the praises of God in our mouth. God is faithful to turn our mistakes, Around for our good and for His Names sake. Let us not confuse mistakes with sin... Sin is rooted in our pride to win. Satan will lure us into temptation, Unless we trust Jesus through His Salvation. Lord forgive us when we sin, Correct us when we make mistakes out of indecision.
