Dear Lord, Jesus, Help us to Walk the Talk
by Cinda Carter Dear, Lord Jesus... Help us not just to talk the talk, But help us to walk the talk, For those around who may see us. Look into our hearts, dear Lord... If there is any wicked or impure motives within us, we pray. Give us courage to renounce our worldly ways. We are your children, help us to go forward. Give us Your wisdom, help us to obey... For You are the first and the last. Let us in You, proclaim a fast. Guide us the rest of the way. Give us courage, not to just talk the talk... Nor to put on a good front for others.
