The Commandments of the Lord are not Grievous
by Cinda Carter Listen one and all Listen to the Holy Spirits call. Jesus speaks of His love for us, Through His Word through trust. It is clear to see... That we have a choice to believe. In the Great I Am, We choose to make a stand. In this land of the free... We have our freedom to believe. One day this fact may not stand true. For the red, white and blue. God please, help us to choose Your ways... As we face each new day. God has given us His commandments. So, we may experience His joy of contentment. Let us forsake the old man... And fulfill God's plan. Jesus desire for us is to rejoice always, In whatever circumstance we may face by doing it God's way. We cannot please Jesus... Without faith through works as the Holy Spirit leads us. Ask Him to purify your intentions. Because intentions can be pretentious. His desire for us is to win the race... But it is impossible if we do not place, Our faith in the Lord Jesus. He takes our heavy load and sees us. In a state of ruins as we grope and stumble... Through our own sin we fumble.
