Humans the Only Redemptive Temples of the God Most High
by Lloyd Nsek, Sr

God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. Acts 17:24-25 NKJV

One of the greatest values of the New Testament is that it makes the essence of anybody relating to God very abundantly clear. It cuts through the religious chase and annihilates any ambiguity that could keep a believer forever confused. Since a huge majority in the faith are still extracting worship ideas from both the Old and the New Covenants in the bible, the dichotomy of choice leaves many still sitting on the fence, on the one hand. On the other hand, believers inadvertently follow a highly skewed yet popular doctrines available. As a result, one fails to yield to the Holy Spirit who is present, here and now, to guide us into all truth (John 16:13-15 NKJV) about the actual temple of interest to God.

In Jerusalem, Jesus made that paradigm shift to the Jews. He refocused their attention away from the temple built by King Solomon to His own body (John 2:19-22 NKJV). Afterwards, the Apostle Paul informs us Gentiles who we truly are (1 Cor. 6:19-20 NKJV). Both Jews and Gentiles have just one inference to draw: Humans are the only redemptive temples of the God most high. Heavenly Father, help me to daily bring your living meat into my body: Your Storehouse (John 6:53-58 NKJV).
