EXAMINE YOURSELF
by STANLEY ERIMWINOROSEE "God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked everyday.... Psalm 7:11". This is a striking scripture that we all need to keep in mind when we do the things which we do in our day-to-day activities. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 13:5 "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith, prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" As Christians, we need to examine ourselves with the Word of God to be sure we are in the right course of our faith walk. But note something, without love, our faith walk is nothing (1 Corinthian 13:2). Now, back to the context of the opening scripture, it is very important that every one looks into this concept and ask his or herself this question: "is God angry with me every day?" If yes! Then Repent now and believe the Gospel of our Lord Jesus. But if No! It means you are born again and working according to the will of God.
