V1 " I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto You, O Lord, will I sing.
V2 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way, O when will You come to me?
I will walk within my house with a perfect heart."

Thinking of my world
and the many wrongs I see
I heard a voice in my mind
saying this to me,
"Bring it home."

Then taking up my Bible
to give the day a good start
I read, "I will walk within
my house with a perfect heart."
"Bring it home!"

If at home, where my doors are closed
I am not truly who you suppose,
if for you and others I've created a sham
and I am not really who you think I am,

The Lord indeed will not come to me.
My inside being He completely sees;
so this is the lesson for us one and all,
"Bring it home!"

We must live our lives in reality
and not for the eyes of man to see;
rather knowing that God judges our inside
and nothing, nothing is hidden from His eyes.

So since to God all things are known
our judgments of others rights and wrongs
should be to us a small concern;
here is the thing we need to learn,
