Google God
by PamFord Davis The days of encyclopedia searching at a public library are prewebhistoric. Today, I type in a subject in my search engine; at the speed of cyberspace, I receive instant information. If someone is sincerely searching, he or she can now Google God. As amazing as that is, it's far more humbling that the LORD searches me. "O LORD, You have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down, And are acquainted with all my ways (Psalm 139:1-3 NKJ)." He knows me and he loves me will love me always. "The LORD has appeared of old to me, saying: 'Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you (Jeremiah 31:3 NKJ)."
