After You Pray The Ball Is In your Court
by Irma Green

Praying is not begging and pleading; praying is believing, and if you believe you do not need to worry, beg or plead.

Matthew 9:28-29 - And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" They said to Him, "Yes Lord." Then He touched their eyes, saying, "according to your faith let it be to you."

Matthew 8:13 Then Jesus said to the centurion "Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you." And the servant was healed that same hour.

Mattlew 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said to her, "O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Jesus said to the blind men "according to your faith." To the centurion He said, "as you have believed." To the woman He said, "because of your great faith, let it be as you desire."

These Scriptures clearly shows that, we are in control of what we receive. Jesus is putting the burden back on them. We will receive whatever we believe and have faith for.

What part does faith and belief play in prayer? It is everything!! As you can see from those Scriptures, Jesus put the burden back on the people. The Scripture tells us that we must have faith and believe. And if we have faith and believe we will not "worry, beg or plead" when we pray.
