Worthwhile Cause
by PamFord Davis

Many are committed to worthwhile causes and charities. These individuals sacrifice money and time in support of the needy whether physically, economically or emotionally. They roll up their sleeves and work in soup kitchens, open their doors at shelters and their hearts in prayer. I sense an urgency to commit my cause to the Creator, provider.

"But as for me, I would seek God, And to God I would commit may cause-Who does great things, and unsearchable, Marvelous things without number (Job 5:8-9 NKJ)." If an issue becomes a cause, that causes concern, it is to my advantage immediately to seek God's direction. He who parted the Red Sea is readily available to intervene for me.
