When Bill Went To Heaven
by Lewis E. Thomas I had a dream last night about a coworker and friend I dreamed I was with him at the final end. He was lying on the floor and I held him close to me I whispered to him what God had just let me see! I said, Bill, Jesus is coming quickly this way! He is in a White Chariot and coming to take you away! His Chariot is shining brighter than the Morning Sun! He is coming to get you because your time on earth is done. I started counting 1..2..3.. whispering into Bills ear Just a few more seconds Bill and Jesus will be here! Bill was filled with a Great Calm and a Great Peace! His pain and suffering on earth was about to cease! Jesus lifted Bill gently from the floor where he lay Then Jesus took Bill up to Heaven to forever stay. Next time you see a Shooting Star moving across that black divide It could be Bill and Jesus taking a little Chariot ride. Lewis E.
