Take Me Back
by Richard L. Provencher Take me back to days I tried, and days I cried with gifts for you as I sought love and forgiveness -- You said I could always come home. This time it took a very long journey -- for such a while the world once again had me cars and fame the game and yet it was not enough, until one day I fell to my knees knowing You were pleased. I am home once again -- You're so patient with me. Richard enjoys writing poems; many of which have been published in Print and Online. He and his wife, Esther are also co-authors of stories and a print novel.
