I Lift My Eyes to Heaven ~
by Deborah Ann Belka I lift my eyes to heaven, for there, I know I'll find rest and support . . . for my heart and mind. I look past my worries, to find my stronghold my Lord is waiting there to fortify and uphold. I raise my eyes to God, He offers a hiding place a refuge where I'm covered in His almighty grace. My help comes from above, where God is ever-present He comes to my rescue when to my sins, I repent. I lift my eyes to heaven, for there, I know I will find peace and true contentment to fill my heart and mind! ~~~~~~~~~ Psalm 121:1-2 "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
