My mother's love is boundless,

it has always seen me through;

she stands by me through it ALL,

despite the silly things I do.

Whether I stumble over my plans,

my words, or my own two feet;

she always saves her time for me,

and a perfect smile that

JUST can't be beat!

My mother's love is forgiving

she turns the other cheek,

she never stays mad for long,

not even when I lie and sneak.

As a kid I would make her chase me,

YES, I've done her wrong,

BUT in every chamber of her heart,

there is only beauty and song.

My mother's love is elating;

her eyes beam, in any case,

that's why there is always a subtle glow,

shining across her lovely face.
