Outside the City

New acquaintances frequently ask where I am from.

"New York State."

"New York City?"

No, this country girl grew up outside the city of Syracuse.

The LORD is preparing the New Jerusalem. From far outside the city, I look forward through time and faith

"For we have no continuing city, but we seek one to come (Hebrews 13:14 KJV)."
