A Lost Art
by PamFord Davis

Is it a natural gift or a learned ability? I'm not sure but do sense that whistling is becoming a lost art. I never have had the knack of whistling melodies; I did master whistling on large blades of grass during my childhood years. Whistling played an integral part in many tunes of days gone by. On the count of three, 1-2-3, whistle!

"I will whistle and gather them because I have redeemed them; they will be as numerous as they once were. Though I sow them among the nations, they will remember Me in the distant lands; they and their children will live and return. I will bring them back from the land of Egypt and gather them from Assyria. I will bring them to the land of Gilead and to Lebanon, but it will not be enough for them (Zechariah 10:8-10 HCS)."

In 1948, God called His remnant back home. Israel just celebrated their prophesied birth as a nation
