Restoration
by PamFord Davis

"Praise is rightfully Yours, God, in Zion; vows to You will be fulfilled. All humanity will come to You, the One who hears prayer. Iniquities overwhelm me; only You can atone for our rebellions (Psalm 65:1-3 HCS)." He alone is worthy. Yes, all will come and confess. "For this reason God also highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bowof those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earthand every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:9-11 HCS)." The burden of guilt is overwhelming. "But the tax collector, standing afar off, would not even raise his eyes to heaven but kept striking his chest and saying, 'God, turn Your wrath from mea sinner (Luke 18:13 HCS)!" The LORD restores rebels. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23 HCS)." I am forever grateful.
